So when it comes to governing our college, what are CMC students concerned about? When I arrived on campus in fall 2009, upperclassmen were abuzz about two things: the cancellation of Sunday night snack and the possibility that the new Dean of Students threatened our lenient drinking policy.
On Friday, workers, clergy, students and community members from Los Angeles and the Inland Empire rallied at Pomona in support of 17 workers fired last December and in support of dining hall workers who are seeking a union.
